Do the people I call need the app?
No. Share a browser link they open in one tap, or we dial their normal phone. There is nothing for them to install.
Which languages are supported?
24 today, both directions, including Hungarian, Chinese, Spanish, English, German, Arabic and Korean.
How fast is it?
Sub-second added latency. It streams as you speak, so the conversation flows like a normal call.
Is it really my voice?
Yes. The translation is spoken in a cloned version of your voice, so you sound like you in every language.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel from the billing page whenever you like.
What is the Concierge handset?
A phone we mail you, fully configured, that also translates live inside WhatsApp and WeChat.
